Production Agentic Systems

Agents that close work, not another chatbot pilot.

Enterprises have finished the demo cycle. What they will fund now are agents that process documents, close tickets, and run multi-step workflows with audit trails: in production, under an owner, with a way to fail safely.

Most Indian enterprises already have an LLM in a slide deck. Few have an agent that is allowed to act on a live queue.

We design agents as operations systems: they call tools, keep state, escalate, and leave a trail. The unit of delivery is a workflow with a measurable cycle time, not a chat window.

That is also how we stay useful as large IT firms ship generic agent platforms. Depth in a vertical process, and time to a production cutover, matter more than a framework.

Engagement shapes

  1. 01Agent readiness and ROI map: a short diagnostic that names the workflow, the control points, and whether the work is ready to automate.
  2. 02Single production workflow: claims, KYC, ITSM, collections, or an equivalent operations path, with human-in-the-loop and runbooks.
  3. 03Multi-agent platform: shared tools, evaluations, state, and failure modes so the next workflow is not a greenfield project.
  4. 04Managed agent operations: monitoring, evaluation, and change control after go-live.
