Shop-floor AI fails when it is sold as a chatbot. It holds when it is sold as inspection, remaining life, or yield, then operated with an OT or MES partner who already has the plant’s trust.
This is a capability we staff when the data and the partner are real. We do not lead with it as a generic “industry 4.0” practice. If you have a line, a historian, and a quality owner, we will say so plainly whether the first system should be vision, PdM, or neither.
